1. Who we are

RubanHealth is a hospital management platform operated by Ruban Softwares. This policy explains how we handle account and patient data.

2. Data we process

We process hospital account details and, on your behalf, the patient records your staff enter (demographics, clinical, billing). Each hospital's data is isolated and never shared across accounts.

3. How we protect it

We use tenant isolation, encrypted transport, access logging for medical records, role-based access control and regular backups. Clinical and financial records are retained per statutory requirements and are never hard-deleted while live.

4. Your responsibilities

As the data controller for your patients, you are responsible for obtaining patient consent and using the platform lawfully.
