Terms of Service

1. The service

RubanHealth provides multi-tenant hospital management software on a subscription basis, including a 30-day free trial.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for your users' actions, and for keeping credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly or annually and are exclusive of GST. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate healthcare operations, and must not attempt to access other tenants' data.

5. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. RubanHealth is a tool to assist clinical and administrative work and does not replace professional medical judgement.
